Boss or Task Master

So M, I believe you already know my opinion where it concerns your boss. She may huff and puff all she likes. Heck, she can even pay someone else to do the drawings which I think should be fine by you. However, she can't tell you to do it during your free time nor make you feel shame or guilt into doing it. You should go work for vogue. Is there a Cartier in Madrid? Go work there! As you've said before, you don't "need" the money nor do you need the aggravation. She does not have healthy work boundaries nor healthy work ethics. Find a temp job if you need to work before your next jewelry related job.

If she calls you again during the weekend, tell her that you would be happy to discuss work during work hours and not on your days off. If she doesn't think it's your day off, then make a calendar at work and mark your days and hours and have her initial it. This is becoming ridiculous. I really wish you could get a job where they truly respect you. I'll be a nicer boss when the time comes : ) The likelyhood is that you will be the boss and I will be the respectful employee. Have pity on me when the time comes oh beautiful task master. : )
